Preparing a conversation
When you continue, your name, email, phone and topic are briefly processed by the server to validate the request and prepare the WhatsApp link. They are not stored by the website or included in the monthly report. The prepared message is included in the address sent to WhatsApp and may remain in your browser history. You can review it before sending in that service.
WhatsApp is an external service
When you open WhatsApp, the terms and privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Limited apply. This service may process data outside the European Economic Area. Review your message and only send information needed for your request.
Purpose and rights
Messages are used to respond to your enquiry and prepare a possible provision of services. You may request access, correction or erasure at geral@youtek.pt and lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD. Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are retained for up to 12 months after the last interaction, unless a legal obligation applies.
Browsing
Graphics, fonts and videos are served by this website. The hosting provider may record technical information, such as IP addresses, for operation and security. This page uses no advertising tracking or automated decisions.
Legal grounds and rights
Contact details are processed for pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Minimal indicators and security rely on the legitimate interest in operating and improving the service (Article 6(1)(f)). You may object, request restriction and portability where applicable, at geral@youtek.pt. Required fields are needed to prepare your enquiry; you may alternatively contact us by email. Hosting is provided by Amen. We use no advertising cookies.
Contact indicators
We count contact button actions and selected topics to prepare a monthly summary. Names, emails, phone numbers and messages are not sent to this counter. To limit repetition, we use a random identifier held in memory and a daily cryptographic fingerprint of the IP address, replaced on the following day. Monthly totals are retained for up to 14 months. We respect the browser’s Do Not Track signal. These indicators do not confirm that a WhatsApp message was sent.
